Job Description

• Assist the Villa Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the villas, ensuring all guest experiences meet the highest standards of luxury, comfort, and satisfaction.
• Supervise and train a team of staff, ensuring they are performing their duties to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Take personal responsibility for ensuring all issues pertaining to guest satisfaction are met and that follow up is completed on a timely basis.
• To be proactive and innovative, suggesting alternatives that meet guest needs in enjoying their Anantara experience.
• To develop a close and harmonious working relationship with all hotel departments.
• Conduct daily shift briefings/meeting’s and pass on all information to team-members.

Qualifications

• Past experience in villa management
• Excellent management, operations and administrative skills.
• Problem solver with ideas how to fix issues
• Good spoken and written English
• Team player who is quick to learn and take on new tasks
