As a Finance & Administration Business Associate you’ll be a trusted business advisor. You’ll have the opportunity to position IBM for long-term financial growth delivering analysis and providing insight and innovation into the business. Your Role and Responsibilities
An F&A business analyst is responsible for the organization and accurate and timely processing of accounting transactions and all related tasks to achieve agreed business objectives. They guarantee the provision of a high quality service focused on the external client. Implement changes in accounting techniques that ensure compatibility with procedures and controls using new accounting developments as input. They focus on business controls and process improvements associated with their administrative tasks or overall team goals.

- Gerar base de clientes inadimplentes;
- Realizar ligações e outras formas de contato ao cliente para identificar motivo da inadimplência informar sobre condições de recebimento e planos de ação conjuntos;
- Produzir relatórios gerencias de Cobrança
- Conhecimento em processos de contas a pagar e receber
- Excel

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Formação superior em Adm Economia Contabilidade ou Direito.
- Conhecimento em SAP
- Conhecimentos pacote office.
