Job Description

What Your Impact Will Be

• Align LATAM process in events & storechecks
• Integrate CP initiatives in Toy Fair
• Standardize Toy Fair's Processes with Business Process team and maximize our participation in each of them across all year
• Develop exhibitions (Expos and special projects) 
• Creating a full strategic planning for every storecheck across LATAM, defining objective, attendee list, transportation, foods, beverage, hotels
• Ensure to have the better agencies for each event
• Coordinate final agenda and details with the agenda to ensure BIC execution
• Generate Contract and PO in timing
• Ensure to have survey for each event to understand opportunities and actions for the next events or years

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent English 
• Desirable experience in different type of events 
• Meticulous planning 
• Strong communication skills
• Teamwork 
• Working in an organized manner 
• Management of Excel
