Job Description

What you'll do:

The principle role of the Inventory Analyst is to work with Business Units (Divisions) and global materials team & plants across the business to transition / execute scheduled activities related to Inventory management Reporting,PFEP & support various ongoing projects related to inventory management & analytics including E&O Analysis & liquidation, Global / Regional Inventory cadence developments, Lead time verification & Planning parmeters review from the inventory management standpoint

-Support and enhance the Inventory Management, PFEP (plan for every part) and Materials systems process to meet the global, regional & plant team's daily, weekly and monthly reporting timelines.

-Working Knowledge any of the ERP Systems preferably MFG Pro & BI tool like Qlikview
-Work on developing Standard work in co-ordination with the GSC COE lead to deliver high quality, prompt Material Management reporting services & further improve the same with continuous improvement approach
- Identify opportunities & work around slow moving inventory reduction initiatives with COE buyers & with the business across global locations
-Updating metrics on monthly basis
-Prepares daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports to analyze performance and make improvements (Past Due, Min-Max, Inventory, ASN Aging, Inventory & receipts etc.)
-Flexible in attitude and approach to accepting all tasks related to the position & Flexible attitude to work with the willingness to learn new skills when required
-Good MS office & Advance Excel knowledge would be an added advantage

Qualifications:

Graduate /Post Graduate with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience related to Inventory Management, Material Planning & supply chain management in global environments
1 to 3

Skills:

Inventory Classification, Parameters review, understanding of MRP ,ERP- MFG PRO/Oracle (Knowledge of Power BI & Advance Excel will be an added advantage)
