Associate Budget Analyst

Job Description:

Dynamo Technologies is seeking a Associate Budget Analyst in support of Army INSCOM G8 Enhanced Programming and Resource Management Support Services (EPRMSS). On-site role at either Fort Belvoir, VA or Fort Meade, MD.

Duties/ Responsibilities 

• Programming and Budget
• Procurement Request review and corrective action recommendation
• Financial Analysis
• Civilian Resource Management
• Analyze financial data for trends and requirements analysis
• Review MIPR and UFRs
• Review Spend Plans/Obligations and Budget Execution Reporting
• Recommend funding for execution per approved budgets
• Compile Overview of Obligations and Expenditures
• Prepare draft Budget Execution Reports
• Monitor current year execution & audit readiness and internal controls
• Provide year-end closeout support

Required Skills/Abilities

• 5 years DOD financial management experience

Nice to Have Skills

• Completed Fiscal Law, PPBE, and Intelligence Resource Management courses
• DTS Experience
• Experience with DOD financial and management systems such as GFEBS, SABRS, and DEAMS.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Management
