Key Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret accounting regulations and standards: Stay current on industry regulations and translate them into actionable requirements for the development team.

Gather business requirements: Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and accounting professionals to understand their needs and challenges. Translate this knowledge into user stories and functional specifications.

Requirements documentation: Create clear and concise documentation, such as User Stories, Epics, and Acceptance Criteria.

Testing and quality assurance: Participate in functional testing of the software to ensure it meets the defined requirements.

Communication and collaboration: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both business and technical audiences. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Experience working with accounting software is a plus.

Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
