Associate Business Transformation Consultant

Your Role and Responsibilities
Responsibilities

• Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Process Documentation: Create detailed process flow diagrams and documentation to capture current and proposed processes.
• Gap Analysis: Identify gaps between the current state and desired future state of business processes.
• Solution Design: Contribute to the design and implementation of process improvements and optimizations.
• Testing: Assist in the testing of process changes to ensure they meet requirements and deliver expected benefits.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A keen interest in business process improvement and optimization.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Basic knowledge of SAP modules (e.g. FI CO MM SD).
• Experience with process mapping and modeling tools.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
