• University degree in law is required.
• At least 10 years of experience.
• English advanced required.
• Desired experience as in-house lawyer.
• License to practice law in home jurisdiction.
• Specialized in Corporate and/or Commercial Law.
• Experience in manufacturing sector is desired.
• A master's degree in Corporate Law is desired.

• Will be responsible for Corporate Matters.
• Ensuring legal compliance in several areas mainly labor, environmental, trade compliance, data privacy.
• E2E process of Commercial and Distribution Agreements.
• Assisting more experienced attorneys in complex legal questions and projects that have broad reaching implications for the organization if the situation arises.
• Reviewing standard documents and contracts and prepares filings.
• Providing support or contributes to overall objectives and goals of organization.
