The IBM Cybersecurity Services practice helps clients protect their business assets and intellectual property in their transformation to Hybrid Cloud and AI environments. Cybersecurity Services enable new opportunities of developing our client’s business in safe and compliant way. We provide expertise and solutions in the following security domains: Security Intelligence & Operations Consulting (SIOC); Data Security; Identity & Access Management Infrastructure and Endpoint Security (IES) and/or Security Strategy Risk and Compliance (SSRC). Our goal is to improve Security Maturity of our customers and prepare them for the upcoming Cybersecurity challenges by advising and implementing Zero Trust Security by Design and Quantum Safe solutions.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As an IBM Consulting Associate you will work with the latest technologies and collaborate with team members to create real impact for our clients and the greater world. Within your role as an Associate Consultant in Cybersecurity Services you will:

• Define requirements and implement Cybersecurity solutions in an Agile project environment
• Develop technical as well as business expertise in the Cybersecurity domains: Security Intelligence and Operations Consulting (SIOC) Data Security Identity & Access Management Infrastructure and Endpoint Security (IES) and/or Security Strategy Risk and Compliance (SSRC) and share this with colleagues and clients
• Contribute to further growth of IBM Cybersecurity Services by supporting business development activities
• Focus on the latest evolutions in helping to protect our clients’ business by defining and setting up Cybersecurity Solutions which can enable their further development in AI and Hybrid Cloud taking into account privacy and security requirements
• Work in a client service environment and gain expertise in the planning design management execution and reporting of establishing a modern data platform
• Advise design and provide implementation support for data solutions on virtualized and cloud-based environments including hosted and on-premise solutions
• Participate on a consulting project or initiative and experience first-hand how we help transform our clients business
• Work closely with clients to understand their industry challenges and goals and developing tailored solutions to help them achieve their objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement business solutions that drive business outcomes
• Focus on our clients’ technical and business needs to co-create solutions that add value
• Continuously learn and develop your skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Strong academic background and Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Cybersecurity Computer Science Information Management Data Science Mathematics Business Economics Business and Management and a passion for technology
• We welcome early professionals with 0-2 years’ work experience eager to learn
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and work effectively with individuals building strong relationships to achieve positive outcomes
• Soft skills including attention to detail time management adaptability and willingness to learn
• Fluent in all aspects of English and Arabic communication
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
• KSA national and eligible to work for 12 months starting September 2024.
