Primary Role Responsibilities and Requirements:
Dotdash Meredith is seeking an experienced operator to drive revenue growth for our Emerging industry groups. This individual will have P&L accountability for our emerging categories- including Health and Lifestyle (Food, Beauty, Home) - as well as lead Analytics and FP&A work for the Performance Marketing group, holistically.
The right candidate for this role will be comfortable working across the full digital customer acquisition funnel to drive overall bounty/acquisition revenue for Dotdash Meredith, including traffic strategy, conversion quality, partnership management, and measurement and performance optimization. This person should be adept at working cross-functionally to influence roadmaps, including both the analytical rigor to illustrate and advocate for their ideas and performance, as well as the influential communication skills to bring people along and ensure buy-in across stakeholder groups- including senior leadership.
This is an exciting role for any experienced technical marketer and/or analyst looking to advance their career into General Management and/or Revenue focused leadership roles with a broad, full-funnel scope across multiple industry groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Works with VP, Marketing and Strategy to drive revenue across the full marketing funnel of the Health and Lifestyle P&Ls
- Owns regular performance monitoring and optimizations, working cross-functionally to set and execute on key initiatives
- Analyzes and manages a digital acquisition funnel to inform traffic strategy, conversion growth, partnership management & rate improvement, and KPI creation and measurement
- Sets and executes on a 6-month roadmap that drives revenue for a multi-million dollar business unit
- Develops and grows strategic partnership revenue with key brand/supplier partners across the Health & Lifestyle
- Collaborates with domain/Brand general managers to ensure brand compliance, GM buy-in, and editorial integrity of initiatives
- Owns P&L staffing and resourcing, collaborating with manager, cross-functional groups, and senior leadership to proactively and effectively resource initiatives
- Supports and develops a team of three Analysts and Partner Strategists
- Works with Data Engineering and Analytics to improve global Performance Marketing data aggregation, cleanliness, accessibility, and utility across the group
Recommended Skills and Requirements
- Able to get into the weeds with the team to coach and develop a team but also operate a click above on longer-term strategy, proactive roadmap setting and execution
- Effective roadmap builder and team leader with experience managing a team of at least three people in the past while delivering strong business results
- Experience developing talent at the Sr Associate, Associate, and Analyst levels
- Ability to translate marketing initiatives and performance to revenue and business impact easily in order to understand relative impact and prioritize accordingly
- Advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with SEO and Paid Media tools including Google AdWords, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, AHREFs, etc.
- Familiarity with data visualization and database tools such as Tableau, Domo, Looker, and/or Google Data Studio

Pay Range
Salary: $98,000 - $140,000
The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Dotdash Meredith's total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
