Associate Director, Head of Operations

As a member of Canada Commercial Leadership Team, the Head of Operations/Associate Director, is responsible for:

• All aspects of customer services including orders' management, distribution, operations' meetings and inquiry management. Doing so works in close collaboration with Head of Finance to ensure billing accuracy.
• Demand & supply planning process including close collaboration with our customers to ensure access to key market insights.
• Effective strategic tenders' management inclusive of the tolling business working in collaboration with Finance, Market access, Marketing, Quality assurance, Regulatory affairs and International Tender and Tolling Strategy & Operations,
• Act as main interface with Canadian Blood Services and Hema-Quebec management in collaboration with CSL Behring General manager and Head of Finance.
• Act as back-up to Customer service, and to Manager of Fractionation Services and Distributor/Warehouse.

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Manage all aspects of the relationship with Canadian Blood Services and Hema-Quebec. Ensure accurate demand planning forecast and supply plan. For all CSL Behring Canada products and products marketed by the CSL Vifor Canadian Business Unit. Lead strategic tenders' management process inclusive of toll business to ensure sustainable growth Oversee all aspects of the distribution of CSL Behring products as well as products marketed by the CSL Vifor Canadian Business Unit. Oversee all aspects of customer services for all Behring products as well as products marketed by the CSL Vifor Canadian Business Unit. Work with Head of Finance to ensure timely maintenance of pricing in SAP along with pricing letters to customers. Backup for Customer Service Specialist and, Manager of Fractionation Services and Distributor/Warehouse.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent

Experience

• 10+ years of experience working in a fast-paced Commercial Operations environment.
• Knowledge of relevant legal, compliance and regulatory requirements
• Management experience would be an asset including people management.
