As we continue our rapid growth, we're seeking a technical marketing leader to scale our digital infrastructure and elevate the performance of our web, CRM, and automation platforms.
Position Overview:
The Associate Director of Marketing Technology & Web Development is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for building and managing all websites and landing pages for Craft Health and its family of brands. This position also leads the execution and optimization of our HighLevel CRM and marketing automation systems, ensuring seamless integration across the marketing funnel.
Equal parts developer, architect, and strategist, this individual will work cross-functionally to implement scalable web and workflow solutions, improve lead flow efficiency, and deliver email/SMS campaigns that drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Website & Landing Page Development
• Lead the ongoing development, design, and maintenance of all Craft Health websites and landing pages
• Ensure web properties are responsive, SEO-optimized, user-friendly, and conversion-driven
• Implement tracking, analytics, and third-party integrations across digital properties
CRM & Marketing Automation
• Own the buildout, implementation, and optimization of automated workflows within HighLevel
• Manage list segmentation, lead scoring, tagging, and pipeline automation
• Drive the execution of email and SMS marketing campaigns, including behavioral triggers and drip sequences
Data Flow & System Integration
• Oversee the technical connection between web forms, lead sources, phone systems, CRMs, and patient scheduling tools
• Maintain data hygiene and lead routing rules to ensure efficient sales enablement
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
• Track and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CAC, retention)
• Conduct A/B testing and user journey evaluations to optimize digital performance
• Collaborate with creative, sales, and operations to ensure technical execution aligns with strategic marketing goals
Cross-Team Enablement & Training
• Develop documentation and train internal teams on platform best practices
• Troubleshoot system issues and continuously enhance platform usability
Qualifications:
• 7+ years in marketing technology, digital operations, or website development
• Strong proficiency in WordPress development and responsive web design
• Experience with HighLevel or comparable platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign)
• Proven success in deploying and scaling marketing automation systems
• Ability to manage multiple complex systems and integrations across teams
• High attention to detail with a performance- and user-experience-driven mindset
• Comfortable with HTML/CSS and light JavaScript or API integrations
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, or multi-location service businesses
• Experience in integrating marketing automation with phone systems, forms, and webhooks
• Familiarity with marketing tech stacks including Zapier, Make.com, Calendly, Google Analytics, and ad tracking
• Knowledge of A/B testing tools and CRO strategies (e.g., Hotjar, VWO, Optimizely)
• Understanding of HIPAA-compliant systems and data flow considerations

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
