In this role, you will:
  • Participate in less complex customer financial account relationship services
  • Identify customer needs and offer solutions while managing the risk of accounts
  • Administer client accounts in order to create, expand, and serve relationships
  • Review basic issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to moderately complex risk tasks and deliverables
  • Develop knowledge of investment strategies, objectives, and asset allocations
  • Analyze trust and financial information and prioritize as appropriate
  • Set up, administer, terminate, and distribute moderately complex accounts of all types
  • Receive direction from supervisor and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Communicate directly with clients, Wells Fargo partners, and external resources
  • Provide work direction
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in Fiduciary Products or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience in managing Trust, IRA, Risk Management, Custody or doing complex research
Job Expectations:
  • The successful hire must be amenable to observe a night shift schedule and work on an onsite set-up (Five NEO, Taguig)
The Manila team will support Trust Services by completing Administrative Account Reviews on Custody, Agency, Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA) revocable trusts and charitable agency accounts. The AAR process does not involve customer interaction.

A person in this role will be expected to understand fiduciary concepts and principles and apply those concepts and principles to complete account reviews at a targeted level of accuracy and timeliness. Completing account reviews will include: conducting research using account documents as well as other applications, drawing conclusions from the research findings, and capturing the conclusions in the AAR system. Any errors or irregularities are noted through the creation of an Open Item.

The AAR system provides the guidance for the research using a series of questions, based on the account type. In addition, the person will compile a document package from the research to support the conclusions and responses in the AAR system. Continuous learning will be required via a variety of methodologies including formalized courses and on-the-job training.
