Associate Finance Manager

What you will do

• Be in knowledge of material list characteristics, MRO processes and production processes since you will be a trusted source of knowledge for internal customers.
• will own the product cost analysis and will deliver key information to managers to complete annual Roll up full activities being a key performer in cost accuracy.
• Responsible for the design and delivery of SAP ERP reports for both operations and finance management. Those reports might include the daily reporting of operations metrics for more than 2 business units and follow up reports on key actuals of inventory balances, manufacturing variances, price variances, etc.
• Have an analytical mindset focus on driving cost improval trough the excellent maintenance and reporting of the SAP ERP database. 
• Manage one direct report.

What you need

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting
• +4 years of experience working with Finance and Accounting
• Work experiencie in Manufacturing Industries
• Conversational English
• SAP ERP knowledge 
• Experience with Mexican and American accounting (US GAAP)
• General Accounting and Cost Accounting knowledge
• Leadership Skills
• Microsoft Office Skilled – Excel

Travel Percentage: 10%
