The Fund Asset Allocation & Analysis team plays an integral role in activities across the firm’s hedge fund, private equity, and venture capital businesses in partnership with Tax, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations. The team’s responsibilities include capital planning and asset allocation, income allocation and calculation of the management and incentive fees, preparing financial models for strategic initiatives, firm-wide due diligence under FATCA/CRS regimes, and preparing and disseminating monthly and annual reports.

What you’ll do

• Prepare and maintain monthly asset allocation model to meet funds target allocations
• Calculate monthly advisory and incentive fees, and pass-through expenses
• Monitor and adjust currency hedge
• Assist in the monthly close process for various multi-strategy funds
• Produce performance estimates for distribution to senior management and Limited Partners
• Prepare and distribute ownership and NAV statements to counterparties
• Prepare quarterly tear sheets and monthly track records
• Prepare financial models for strategic initiatives and fund analysis
• Assist with annual financial and SOC 1 audits, regulatory reporting, and requests
• Assist with maintenance of the team’s policies and procedures
• Work on technical and special projects

What’s required

• 3+ years accounting / financial services experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business
• Strong MS Excel / VBA skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards
