Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in using technology and Internet.
  • Experience with communicating and collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently in order to interact with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in project management, relationship management and change management.
  • Excellent investigative and problem solving skills with the ability to analyze data, trends and provide recommendations.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, or troubleshooting skills.

The gReach Learner Program is a paid upskilling program for recent university graduates and early-career industry candidates with disabilities where participants will receive on-the-job-training and work on a range of projects for one year. The goal of the gReach program is to provide participants from underrepresented groups with the opportunity to grow their career as professionals.

In this role, you will grow as professionals through the learning experience at Google. You will acquire fundamental and on-the-job training experience, and be assigned to a role. You will work on one large project, complete smaller projects, or do the day-to-day work to support the business. You will work with team members who will help identify project goals. Responsibilities

  • Help in building creative solutions to test customer needs using Google Cloud. Improve product feature offerings by providing customer feedback to internal cross-functional teams including Product Management and Engineering.
  • Collaborate with customers and other Googlers to manage and motivate successful adoption of Google Cloud. Help develop recommendations for solution architectures and consulting services.
  • Guide customers through the entire innovation lifecycle, building roadmaps and motivating achievement of milestones.
  • Solve customer's operational issues through problem solving and technical troubleshooting, while working with internal teams to motivate resolution. Help customers get answers to product questions.
