Associate Graphic Designer

We’re on the lookout for a talented freelance Associate Graphic Designer to join our Creative Services team. This role will focus on creating visual assets that communicate the Four Hands story across multiple platforms, including email, social media, and web design. In This Role • Participate in the design and execution of marketing materials across all channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines • Create engaging print materials, such as ads, retail signage, and branded in-house collateral • Design and maintain compelling digital assets for websites, email campaigns, and social media platforms • Contribute to asset creation for our showroom experiences at Four Hands locations, including High Point, Vegas, Four Hands Home, and Four Hands Outlet • Collaborate with the team to develop assets for paid media campaigns • Take direction from creative briefs and work closely with the team to conceptualize and deliver innovative designs that drive the brand forward • Maintain high-quality and consistent standards in design process, file preparation and presentation • Utilize data, metrics, and customer insights to inform design decisions and optimize effectiveness • Stay ahead of trends in design, marketing, and the furniture industry to continually evolve and refine the brand’s visual identity • Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications • Uphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team: • Be open and honest • Reach for excellence • Act with responsibility • Value the whole person • Enjoy the journey The Ideal Person • 2+ years of graphic design experience • Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field • Comfortable working on both Mac and Windows • Strong understanding of typography, period and current styles, design theory, and web best practices About Four Hands Headquartered in Austin, Texas, since 1996, Four Hands crafts furniture, art and décor — pieces that are all about creating space.
