What you’ll be doing:
As an Associate Implementation Consultant at CBORD, you will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in conducting both on-site and remote implementations. Your pivotal role includes training clients and providing best practice recommendations to guarantee their success.Â
- Execute on-site and remote implementations of CBORD solutionsÂ
- Provide comprehensive training and share best practice recommendationsÂ
- Verify and validate interface connectivityÂ
- Collaborate with internal and external team members to ensure client satisfactionÂ
- Create detailed documentation, including agendas, status reports, and implementation plansÂ
- Offer support and review operations to align with best practicesÂ
- Coordinate technical support as neededÂ
- Achieve revenue and billable utilization targetsÂ
- Continuously develop and expand knowledge of CBORD systems and supporting toolsÂ
Who you’ll work with:
- External customersÂ
- Internal customers including Implementation, Project Managers, Database Services, FNS Integration Services, Sales, Product Management, Development, Support and Managed Services
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 1 to 3 years of related experience in food productionÂ
- Strong experience with relevant systems and proficiency in training and presentingÂ
- Excellent writing, communication, interpersonal, and human relations skillsÂ
- Effective time management, decision-making, and organizational abilitiesÂ
- Customer-first mindset with a professional appearanceÂ
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suiteÂ
- Ability to manage stressful situations effectivelyÂ
- Personal credit card with sufficient credit for ten days of travel expensesÂ

- Regular business travel based on client needs.Â
- Home office-based when not traveling.Â
- Valid driver’s license required.Â

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.
