Associate - KYC - Transformation - Project Manager

Day rate £700 - £800 to start Feb/ March 25

BeyondFS is a specialist consultancy dedicated to helping regulated institutions overcome their most critical financial crime and CLM challenges.

Our Associates work with us on a contract basis alongside our permanent team, and we are always interested to add to our Associate network. We are particularly looking for Associate’s with the following skillset;

• Experience in KYC / CDD or broader Financial Crime Prevention Change Programmes

• Experience in larger banking organisations which have global/multi-country footprint and including business lines - Corporate Banking, Institutional Banking, Retail Banking.

• 10+ years working in complex programmes; experience in Operating Model change programmes and Tech change programmes would be an advantage.

• Strong project management experience, with experience in leading large projects and / or major workstreams.

• Track record of managing senior stakeholders and demonstrating ability to tailor communications.

• Ability to work within cross-functional teams (legal, compliance, control functions) to solve practical business challenges with a proactive and solutions oriented mindset.

You will also need

• Prior experience as a consultant within a recognised management consultancy firm. A deep understanding of how to deliver and/or lead consultancy engagements is absolutely essential.

• Expertise in KYC / CDD lifecycle processes, with experience in KYC / CDD technology change extremely beneficial.

• A professional, high quality and highly organised approach with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• A collaborative and team-orientated style – we have no room for big egos, we succeed and fail as a team!

• Flexibility to work on-site with clients as appropriate or at BeyondFS offices in London. This will mean a mix of home working and office working (client / BeyondFS). Some travel to Europe may be required for specific workshops and meetings.
