Additional duties described below. Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities • Assists in operating and controlling production equipment. • Assists in troubleshooting production devices and machines. • Assists in maintaining production equipment. • Work scope may include functions in SLM, SLA, DLP, SLS or milling process Educational and Experience Requirements • High School Diploma or GED (AA preferred). • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Adhere and support KLS Martin’s quality and safety policies and procedures. • Ability to enter data accurately and timely. • Ability to retrieve and interpret documentation/drawings. • Ability to work in a team setting and independently under minimum supervision. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels internally and externally. • Problem solving & decision making / adaptability & flexibility.
