The Role

IEQ Capital is looking for a motivated professional to join our Foster City-based team as an Operations Associate. This role will work closely with the rest of the team to manage the entire operational infrastructure of our business. This role will help build the foundation you need to successfully grow within the company. 

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Customer-Relationship Management (CRM) Data Management 
  • Data processing and automation projects 
  • Enhance efficiency of Operations department through data analysis  
  • Quality Control (QC) Data across IEQ Platform 
  • Maintain files for compliance – including Know Your Customer (KYC) creation and maintenance 
  • Work with custodians to ensure timely account opening 
  • Maintain/reconcile differences between
    • Custodian
    • Third Party Vendors
    • CRM
    • Alternative Investment Transactions
  • Provide continuous status updates and communication across teams 

Required Skills/Experience

  • 0-2+ years of relevant work experience 
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Ability to think critically and anticipate issues 
  • Strong verbal and communication skills 
  • Good emotional intelligence and relationship buildings skills, both inside and outside of the organization 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high-volume, high-pressure environment 
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus 
  • Experience with Addepar is a plus 
  • “No task is too small” mentality 
  • Bachelor’s degree is required 

Compensation

  • $70,000 - $97,500 depending on skills and experience
