Associate Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon

We are searching for an ambitious, OMS for a full-time associate position leading to partnership. We are a well-established surgery practice with one full-time partner and one part-time retiring partner. Our practice is busy, and we are looking for a partner to help shoulder the patient load. We want someone who is multidimensional, someone who desires both personal and professional growth. The majority of our cases are dentoalveolar in nature with a combination of exodontia, pathology, bone grafts, and implants. 

In addition to four operatories equipped for general anesthesia, our office also features a large in-office surgical suite, allowing us to perform major procedures under endotracheal intubation with a CRNA/Anesthesiologist if you prefer. If you have an interest in cosmetic procedures, there is no medical community aversion to your practice.

A four-day work week is our norm. Partners typically take six weeks off per year. We offer a competitive salary with health, disability, and professional insurance, as well as a pension plan. The partnership buy-in would be offered, if mutually acceptable, at six months to one year. The starting salary is $380,000.00/year for the first year.
