We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP Associate Partner to join our leadership team with a focus on sales and delivery of SAP-enabled business transformation projects. This individual will play a key role in expanding our footprint in indirect tax and excise duty domains leveraging solutions based on the core SAP modules such as Finance (FI) Controlling (CO) Product Costing (PC) and Material Ledger (ML) using the new s/4Hana capabilities like Opentext VIM SAP DRC SAP FSCM Cash Management SAC Group Reporting etc.
You will engage with senior client stakeholders lead large-scale SAP programs develop new business opportunities and provide thought leadership in SAP-based finance controlling and reporting.
Sales & Business Development
* Drive revenue growth through origination and closure of new SAP engagements particularly in the Finance Controlling and Reporting domain.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers (CFO Tax Directors Supply Chain leaders).
* Develop go-to-market strategies and lead proposal responses and client presentations.
* Collaborate with industry and solution leaders to shape offerings and industry-specific accelerators.
Delivery Leadership
* Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex SAP programs ensuring excellence in scope time budget and quality.
* Lead cross-functional SAP teams across Finance Controlling Reporting and Supply Chain streams including third-party solutions.
* Act as an executive sponsor for SAP implementations and ensure business value realization for the client.
* Manage project risks governance stakeholder engagement and change management strategies
Subject Matter Expertise
* Serve as a thought leader in SAP Finance Controlling Reporting.
* SAP FI/CO
* SAP Reporting
* Provide guidance on new integrated SAP solutions like Sap Statutory & Tax Ledger & Journals Sap Universal Parallel Accounting Margin Analysis Sap Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) Sap Analytics cloud (SAC) - Planning and Reporting Sap Cloud for Advanced Financial Closing (AFC) Sap Group Reporting & Sap BPC SAP DRC Sap Treasury & Risk Management etc.
* Product Costing and Material Ledger
* Integration with SD MM and TM where relevant to taxation
* Keep abreast of evolving SAP technologies (e.g. S/4HANA SAP BTP).
Qualifications
* 20+ years of experience in SAP consulting with at least 3 years in a client-facing leadership or associate partner role.
* Strong track record in SAP sales/pursuits with a focus on finance solutions and finance transformation.
* Proven delivery leadership in global SAP implementations.
* Deep knowledge of new SAP solutions on S/4Hana suite.

* Experience working in regulated industries is highly preferred.
* Ability to communicate complex topics to business and IT stakeholders.
