Job Description
Summary
The Identity and Access Management team is responsible for access control and all associated programs. Applications supporting these programs include Okta, SailPoint, Duo MFA, and ForgeRock. Team Members collaborate daily for IAM System design and implementation, as well as assist with operational and customer support of the OCC workforce in Identity and Access related functions.
Team members assist with evaluating and supplementing our compliance readiness posture, assisting with the evaluation of control execution, process efficiency, and evidence gathering for internal and external auditors.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily.
- Administration and configuration of our IAM products and processes to improve Business Enablement and Identity Lifecycle Management processes (onboarding, offboarding, etc)
- Support the IAM team with system maintenance of IAM owned products including, but not limited to, certificate rotation, credential management, basic server management, and others.
- Processing access requests and issue-tickets for internal and external customers.
- Proactively collaborate with team members to identify security and business processes related to Identity and Access Management.
- Planning, implementation, enforcement, and review of security policies, procedures, and controls specific to Identity Access Management.
- Leading troubleshooting and resolution of system issues that might contribute to enterprise Production problems.Β
- Managing project work through all phases (design, build, test, cutover) using Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Work collaboratively across IT and Business departments to implement technical solutions related to access controls, identity governance, and business enablement.
- Research, recommend, and implement changes to procedures and systems to enhance systems security.
- Assist in communicating security policies and procedures to users.Β
- Assist internal and external customers with multi-platform security access issues and requests.
- Assist in identifying or developing tools or methods to track and monitor risk.
- Support management with special projects and other duties as assigned.
- Participate in On-Call duties, including assisting with regularly scheduled activities such as Disaster Recovery and Enterprise Patching.

Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management best practices from both a security and business enablement perspective.
- Ability and willingness to work proactively with limited direction from leadership.
- Candidate should have a compliance mindset that can effectively support auditing and compliance related activities such as evidence gathering, reporting, and presentation of information to governing entities.
- Strong communication skills required to interact with end-users, business teams, and other IT and Security Departments
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory and LDAP
- Proficiency in Identity and Access Management administration of Identity Governance (IGA) systems such as Sailpoint IIQ (preferred), Ping Identity, Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), or other industry IGA tools
- Experience in IAM administration of various end-point applications and systems.
- Experience with Multi-Factor authentication protocols and systems
- Experience with Single-Sign on protocols and systems
- Basic knowledge of server management (certificate management, service management, etc)
- Basic knowledge of ticketing systems and workload management systems (ServiceNow and Jira preferred, but not required).
- Familiarity with mainframe administration (ACF2) is a plus
Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related field, or equivalent experience
Equivalent experience includes 7+ Years Identity Access Management (IAM)
Certificates or Licenses:Industry recognized certifications (CISSP, ITIL, etc) are a plus but not required
