Learn more about our portfolio at planview.com, and connect with us on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter. #LI-CG1 #LI-HybridResponsibilities: • Assist in managing product operations processes, ensuring smooth coordination between product, engineering, design, and customer-facing teams. • Collect, analyze, and interpret product usage data to help inform product decisions. • Support project tracking and status reporting to keep teams aligned and on schedule. • Help maintain product documentation, process guides, and knowledge bases. • Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, automate routine tasks, and generate insights. • Monitor key product metrics and flag issues or trends to product leadership. • Support stakeholder communications, status updates, and reports. • Contribute ideas for process improvements to make the product lifecycle more efficient.Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Analytical mindset — comfortable working with data and extracting meaningful insights. • Familiarity with SaaS products and basic understanding of software product development. • Exposure to product management or project management concepts (through coursework, internships, or projects). • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies, especially AI-powered tools like ChatGPT, data visualization platforms, and workflow automation tools. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana). • Self-starter with curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to dive into new challenges. Nice to Have • Experience with basic SQL, Excel/Google Sheets formulas, or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker). • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology. • Basic understanding of APIs and integrations. • Internship or project experience in a software company environment.
