What You’ll Do…

As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in our Product Management team, assisting the Technology team in improving the Relocity Platform. You will support the senior product managers in preparing product management deliverables for team meetings, stand-up/sprint meetings, and other key discussions. You will assist in refining the product strategy and ensuring alignment between stakeholders. The ideal candidate will need to make informed decisions efficiently, collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members, and communicate clearly with customers. 

This role reports to the Chief Technical Officer.

How You’ll Do It…

• Support in aligning product strategies across teams and contribute to the delivery of products to market.
• Assist Senior Product Managers in defining, tracking, and reporting on key performance indicators for product focus areas.
• Work closely with customers, prospects, executives, sales, marketing, and other teams to understand the value proposition of Relocity's products.
• Collaborate with development, product, UX, and marketing teams to support product development and marketing initiatives.
• Support product development and delivery from strategy to post-launch, including preparing for sprints, meetings, and planning sessions.
• Contribute to decision-making processes with metrics, data, and user research insights.
• Be adaptable and willing to take on various roles to support product development initiatives.

What Past Experience and Current Skills Will Enable Your Success In This Role?

• 2+ years of experience in software product management.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to the development and launch of products or features.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Proactive attitude with the willingness to learn and adapt.
• Experience with B2B2C platforms, growth product management, or product-led growth is a plus.

Education and/or Technology Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• Understand relevant technologies (PHP, MySQL, Laravel, *.js) and architectures to properly support these projects.

Pay Range: 90,000-110,000 plus Bonus
