Your role and responsibilities

Required technical and professional expertise
  • Strong technical skills in practical applications AI and Automation technologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging both technical and customer audiences
  • Proven ability to translate insights into product requirements
  • Strong organizational skills: Ability to properly organize maintain and prioritize multiple cross-functional tasks.
  • Adaptability: A proactive and flexible attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in a product management role.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business software engineering data science operations or related product/process management fields.
  • Fluent German and English language skills
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software and Product Lead Growth strategies
  • Experience with competitive analysis and market research
  • Experience building technical solutions leveraging LLMs AI Agents and Natural Language understanding
