We’re Looking For An: Associate Project Manager who will act as an internal day-to-day contact for tasks related to workflow and process for new and existing brands/initiatives.
Location: Woodland Hills, CA (Hybrid)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Schedule and coordinate (kick-off) meeting with project stakeholders.
- Document all project deliverables and prepare appropriate time schedules, provide estimates on all costs, and oversee work of all third-party consultants.
- Drive project commitments and maintain clear chains of accountability across both the PM and the relevant internal teams involved in the brand/initiative launch process.
- Analyze company metrics as needed, and update project status reports with PM oversight.
- Assist with gathering requirements from key stakeholders for web development team and feature validation.
- Coordinate brand promotions, execute brand sunsets, and SKU discontinuation.
- Support design and in-house photography team with task prioritization and scheduling.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to a variety of audiences.Â
- Detail-oriented with effective planning and organizational skills
- Proven track record of being detail-oriented, self-motivated and follow-through on projects.
- Highly organized, analytical, and collaborative
- Able to communicate complex concepts to a variety of audiences
- Adaptive and flexible with managing changing priorities
- 2-3 years previous digital marketing experience
- Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project), Jira or Smartsheet
- 1 -2 year Project Management experienceÂ
- Understanding of agile methodology
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field
