Associate Project Manager

Associate Project Manager Dallas, TX $80,000 to $90,000 + Bonus About the Role You will support the project management team in delivering real estate / construction projects from initiation through to close-out. This is an entry-to-mid role where you’ll gain exposure to planning, design, construction, and occupancy phases, while working closely under supervision. What You’ll Do • Assist in defining project scopes, schedules, and budgets with senior PMs. • Help prepare cost estimates, work plans, milestones, and resource requirements. • Support documentation tasks: contract/agreement review, drawings / surveys coordination. • Track project progress (schedule, budget, deliverables) and report variances to senior management. • Assist with procurement: issuing RFPs, collecting and evaluating bids, recommending vendors under guidance. • Maintain project documentation governance: ensure data is accurate, timely, and coordinated. • Help identify risks; perform basic risk mitigation tasks with oversight. • Participate in meetings; prepare minutes, status reports, and other updates. • Support project close-out procedures. • Learn and apply company best practices in quality, safety, and change management. What You’ll Need • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent through experience). • 1-3 years’ relevant experience (construction, real estate, facilities, or related field) or strong internship/project support background. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ability to work with basic scheduling tools or software is a plus. • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Basic financial / numerical literacy (budgets, cost tracking, simple forecasts). • Authorization to work in the US (no visa sponsorship required).
