What You'll Do

BCG is looking for Experienced Professionals to join our Insurance team based in BCG Korea Seoul Office.

As a core member affiliated to BCG's Insurance Practice, you will:

* Address and solve complex challenges faced by top management at leading insurance companies
* Provide expert advice on strategic direction and development of strategic initiatives for insurance clients
* Lead the execution of strategic initiatives in close collaboration with clients
* Collaborate with both BCG Korea and Global Insurance teams to define the next growth opportunities within the insurance industry

What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

As an Associate or Senior Associate, you will work alongside case team members and with clients, drawing on their business knowledge to help drive analysis.

As you acquire successful experience on projects and assignments, you will be given end-to-end responsibility for the delivery of project work streams.

We're looking for exceptional talent to join us. You would typically have:

Approximately 3-7 years work experience in leading insurance companies and reinsurance companies with knowledge across multiple insurance topics such as business management(income statement analysis), finance, actuarial and ALM/asset management.
or work experience in actuarial consulting or insurance consulting
A solid track record of building strong client relationships with large organizations, as well as identifying opportunities to deepen those relationships and grow the business
A consulting skillset: creative and hypothesis-led problem solving, framing and communicating complex ideas, thinking strategically, good numerical skills
Team player, open and positive in a group dynamic
Actuarial certification is preferred but not mandatory
Excellent communication and persuasion skills with strong written and spoken Korean (Native)
Strong proficiency in English is highly valued

* 보험 계리 자격증 선호
* Native 한국어 필수 및 Fluent 영어 구사 능력 선호
