Associate - Service Engineering

Job Description Summary

All resources, and logistics required to perform Site Acceptance Test and services activities on customers' site. These activities contribute to the commissioning and maintenance of sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures.

Essential Responsibilities

• Participation in projects for Command, Control, and Protection systems for Medium Voltage/High Voltage/Very High Voltage substations (15kV to 400kV)

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. Electronics/Electrical Engineering degree
• Proficiency level in Portuguese and English.
• Knowledge Standards with emphasis on IEC61850

• Sound judgment, levelheaded under pressure, with an ability to think on feet.
• High energy, positive individual loving operational challenges
• Willingness and ability to travel both locally and globally (Around 50%)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer focus and ability to cooperate with the different departments
• A rigorous team working approach, good communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of self-motivation, flexibility and self-learning attitude
• Ability to prioritize and effectively handle multiple assignments, consistently meeting deadlines
