Associate Technical Delivery Manager with Salesforce experience

We are seeking an Associate Technical Delivery Manager with Salesforce experience to lead distributed teams across various locations in LATAM.
The role will involve close collaboration with onsite Business Analysts, Technical Project Managers, and Delivery Managers from the US, Poland, and India to manage Salesforce projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with onsite client stakeholders and technical teams across multiple locations and multiple vendors
• Provide project management, cross-functional coordination, and inter/intra-team communications to deliver outstanding program outcomes
• Identify and gather input from stakeholders to define and clarify requirements
• Manage concise definition of scope across the entire program
• Create and maintain documentation relevant to the management of the program and associated projects
• Work closely with software engineers, QA, product managers, and other engineering teams to get high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle
• Manage project schedules, identify possible issues and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders
• Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, keeping up a high velocity in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of 7 years of practical hands-on experience in Salesforce technologies including hands-on experience with Field Service Lightning and Service Cloud
• Competency in CRM Sales and Customer Service functionality and integrations to external systems
• Capability to interact with engineering teams and participate in understanding/reviewing coding solutions using Salesforce core programming languages including Vlocity, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, SOQL, RestAPIs
• Experience of client interaction and leading project teams in an onsite-offshore engagement model
• Expertise in software development and managing end-to-end execution of programs spanning multiple engineering teams across global locations
• Strong skills in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Proficiency in spoken and written communication skills
• Experience working cross-functionally in a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members
