Associate Unity Game Developer

We are seeking a passionate Unity Developer with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in game development. The ideal candidate is a gamer at heart, excited about creating immersive experiences, and has a good understanding of backend engineering (a plus). You'll collaborate with designers, artists, and other developers to bring game ideas to life, focusing on gameplay mechanics, performance optimization, and overall player experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain game features and mechanics using Unity (C#).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, immersive gameplay.
• Optimize game performance for mobile, web, and desktop platforms.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve overall game functionality and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and technologies.
• Participate in the entire game development cycle from concept to release.
• (Optional) Contribute to backend development tasks such as server-side logic, database integration, and real-time multiplayer synchronization.

• Bachelors degree- BSCS/BSSE
• 1-2 years of professional experience in Unity game development.
• Strong proficiency in C# programming within Unity.
• Passion for gaming with a good understanding of game mechanics and player experience.
• Experience with integrating 2D/3D assets, animations, and UI elements.
• Understanding of Unity optimization techniques for mobile/web platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio of projects demonstrating your Unity development experience.
• Experience with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, or similar) and understanding of multiplayer or networking systems.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Experience working with AR/VR, rewarded ads, or in-app purchases.
• Knowledge of Unity tools like Photon, AR Foundation, or similar.
