Job Description:
As a Visual Designer working on IBM Consulting you will play a critical role collaborating with our various teams to create user experiences that delight our clients. While you work within the loop we look for you to have the agility to respond to changing business requirements and users’ needs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design deliverables such as PowerPoint Presentations and Digital collateral materials.
- Applying expertise in typography layout color etc. to elicit emotional connections and intuitive intelligent responses from users.
- Designs with pixel-perfect precision attention to detail and have expert skills in software tools for design production and implementation.
- Collaborate with team and stakeholders to ensure a consistent accessible integrated user-experience.
- Translate end-user workflows/interactions to create a differentiated visual design experience.
- Develop and maintain a library of design asset for reuse
- At least 3 years of experience in visual design.
- Experience working with to Microsoft (PowerPoint Word Excel) and Adobe (Illustrator Photoshop In-Design Acrobat) cloud software design systems.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design (visual industrial design user experience) or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent listening written verbal communication skills storytelling and documentation skills.
- Creative artistic and innovative thinker – able to craft simple intuitive and desirable experiences while keeping in mind the principles of visual design.
