Associated Director - Senior Project Manager

The Associate Director for Solution Delivery will play a pivotal role in partnering with Business Stakeholders and DDIT Strategic Business Partners. This position is responsible for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation, and overseeing the delivery of projects that align with business sub-capability needs.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, deployment, and delivery of medium to large complexity projects, ensuring IT solutions align with business requirements.
• Engage and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project financials to guarantee delivery within budget and provide accurate financial reporting.
• Effective management of projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to the expected quality standards.
• Achievement of agreed KPIs, including measurable business impact.
• Successful launch of innovative technology solutions at scale across the organization.
• Generation of business value from DDIT solutions.
• Adoption and advancement of Agile, Productization, and DevOps practices.
• Maintenance of operations stability and effective risk management.
• Positive feedback on customer experience.

What you'll bring to the role:

• A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Project Management. Competent in Risk and Service Delivery Management.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management at senior levels.
• Strong communication skills with a history of customer-facing roles.
• Exposure to industry/business processes. Proficient in Project and Budget Management.
• Strong Business Acumen and Strategic Planning. Effective Influencing and Performance Management.
