Ataccama Lead Developer

Infosys is seeking a seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Quality Analyst - Ataccama Specialist with expertise in Ataccama tools to join our Agile team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, integrity, and consistency of data across multiple platforms, utilizing Ataccama's suite of tools, including Ataccama Web ONE and Ataccama Desktop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use Ataccama tools to create, implement, and maintain data quality rules, processes, and checks across multiple data sources.
• Create monitoring and reconciliation projects in Ataccama Web ONE.
• Design and manage workflows in Ataccama Desktop.
• Perform data profiling to assess data quality issues and identify root causes of inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to align data quality initiatives with business needs.
• Configure and fine-tune Ataccama functionalities, including dashboards, reports, and rules engines.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX or Hartford, CT or Indianapolis, IN or Kansas City, KS or Raleigh, NC or Charlotte, NC or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Ataccama
• Proven experience in data quality analysis and management using Ataccama tools
• Hands-on experience with Ataccama Web ONE and Ataccama Desktop
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, and best practices
• Proficiency in writing and maintaining data quality rules and metrics
• Experience with data profiling, cleansing, and remediation
• Solid knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing relational databases

• Prior experience in Telecom domain
• Familiarity with data integration and ETL processes is a plus
• Experience working in Agile environments with a good understanding of Scrum methodologies
• Ataccama ONE Data Quality Certification
• Ataccama ONE Platform Fundamentals Certification
• Ataccama ONE Workflow & Automation Certification (if applicable)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
