Valiantys is looking for its next Atlassian Superhero Consultant, based in Bern, Vevey or remotely in Switzerlan.

You will report directly to your Head of Professional Services.

You will receive a comprehensive onboarding training which covers Atlassian solutions i.e. Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo... to make you an expert in order to guide customers through the gnarliest deployments.

Your mission - should you choose to accept - will be to manage several projects for different customers autonomously within the same week - we have 5,000 customers and we work for teams of various sizes from various fields... in other words, you'll never get bored 

As part of the delivery team, you will be supporting our customers closely throughout application life cycle phases of solutions assessment, design, implementation, deployment and the delivery of Atlassian collaborative tools.

Advisor - Analysing our customers' needs, carrying out technical and functional audits, continuously providing your advice as SME

Guide - Deploying, configuring, integrating the applications depending on each customer's needs and requirements

Coach - Delivering comprehensive training to the end-users

Ambassador - Contributing to our blogs and participating in Atlassian-related events

You'll spend 70% of your time working for our clients either remote or onsite.

In order to really feel comfortable working that position, you shall have at least 3 years of experience in consulting, technical support, software development or pre-sales activity ideally for the Atlassian products or similar collaborative tools.

You have studied computer science, information systems/technology.

The Jedi skills we are expecting of you: 

- You have delivered small to mid-size technical projects in a previous role.

- You do not need development expertise, but your good programming skills will come in handy (Java, Javascript, Groovy)

- You have a comprehensive understanding and practice of SDLC (including DVCS and Continuous Deployment)

- An experience with ITSM, Agile methodologies and Lean Business assignments would be highly appreciated.
