As a AT&T Client Specialist with us, you will work to guide customers through the different benefits our services can provide them with. We understand customers seeking conveniency and that is exactly what our AT&T Client Specialists bring. The AT&T Client Specialist on our sales team will connect with customers to introduce them to new products available, assist our customers with their purchasing order, and manage their new service account. The AT&T Client Specialist will start with our company at an entry level role to be provided with training to ensure they become specialists. Our AT&T Client Specialist will be knowledgeable in wireless, internet, entertainment services and how to create a meaningful customer experience. Responsibilities of the AT&T Client Specialist: • Communicate with customers about wireless services and internet benefits to increase awareness of services and sales of products distributed • Learn and utilize AT&T’s guidebook on services to become a specialist in this role while assisting customers and businesses • Stay up to date on current promotions, products, and services to accurately assist the customer and boost sales opportunities and customer satisfaction • Attend training and skill development to continuously improve sales techniques and client specialist skills • Provide timely and accurate responses to customers about inquiries • Identify customer complaints and concerns, offering personalized solutions to resolve issues, and ensure their needs are met Qualifications of the AT&T Client Specialist: • Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative, in sales, or a related field • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary to interact with customers and team members • Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills • Self-motivated with the desire to learn and grow within the company • Prior sales experience or in telecommunications is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $47,031.91 - $56,640.58 per year Work Location: In person
