We’re excited to expand our team with a new AT&T Customer Representative to support the launch of high-profile client projects. This AT&T Customer Representative opening is for a driven, competitive candidate to develop key skills in account management, customer service, and sales, all while improving customer services.
As an AT&T Customer Representative, you’ll work with customers and businesses to find solutions to services they currently have. The AT&T Customer Representative is someone who is curious about improving their products and provides unparalleled support to customers. The AT&T Customer Representative’s main responsibilities will be working with customers to listen to their needs, deliver unmatched service, manage accounts thoroughly, and close all sales orders successfully.
AT&T Customer Representative Responsibilities:
• As an AT&T Customer Representative you will gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, account management, and how to build rapport with businesses
• Contribute to the ongoing development and optimization of our telecommunication clients to ensure success
• Work with customers to walk them through all product and service information, creating a thorough understanding of what is offered by our client and initiate a sale
• Generate revenue through sales closure, addressing customer inquiries, and negotiation contacts if needed
• Use your critical thinking skills to analyze customer needs, develop client solutions, and enhance company efficiency and performance
• Work alongside various teams to resolve issues and maintain a seamless customer experience when signing up for a product
• Embody and promote our company culture, ensuring high team engagement and enthusiasm across the board
AT&T Customer Representative Qualifications:
• Customer service, sales, account management, or related field is preferred, though full training will be provided for this position
• Experience working in a sales or consumer-facing role is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas and solutions clearly
• A proactive, “roll up your sleeves” attitude with a strong track record of initiative and curiosity
• Ability to manage relationships and work seamlessly across multiple teams and departments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $750.00 - $1,200.00 per week
