With a new partnership with AT&T and its technology, our rapid growth has created an immediate need for a progress-focused and team-oriented entry level AT&T Customer Service Representative to join our AT&T Customer Service and Sales Department. This customer-facing role is crucial to the success and expansion of our partnership with AT&T. Summary of the Entry Level AT&T Customer Service Representative Position: As an Entry Level AT&T Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our consumers. You’ll provide accurate, timely answers and guide customers through the sales process. This role requires energy and organization to deliver an exceptional experience that keeps our customers coming back! AT&T Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: • Work directly with our customer base to help them enroll through the sales process. • Demonstrate knowledge of our clients’ products and services. • Answer questions about pricing, policies, contracts, sales, and delivery. • Interact empathetically with customers and work effectively with management or client executives. • Adhere to compliance, guidelines, and procedures set by our Quality Control team. • Maintain accurate files with the compliance department on new and existing customer accounts throughout their sales process and delivery. Minimum Qualifications for an Entry Level AT&T Customer Service Representative: • High school diploma or GED. • Experience in customer service, sales, retail, or related fields is a plus. • Strong customer service skills. • Ability to remain calm with stressed or upset customers. • Charismatic, courteous, and friendly demeanor with both customers and colleagues. • Approachable and skilled at closing sales opportunities.
