As an AT&T Customer Service Representative, you will connect with customers to promote AT&T’s latest products and services while building strong, lasting relationships. This role involves managing high levels of customer interactions and showcasing the products and services available to them with support on how to proceed with the set up. This AT&T Customer Service Representative role also offers more than just a job, it serves as a foundation for a sustained career with continued training and skill building. We are dedicated to providing our AT&T Customer Service Representatives will play a crucial role in customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
AT&T Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
• Interact directly with customers to promote AT&T products and services and provide education
• Managing the full customer experience including customer engagement, sales orders, and follow ups on service and satisfaction
• Support every customer with their questions during interactions in an efficient, positive, and solution-focused manner
• As AT&T Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for driving sales through outreach and by building strong relationships, delivering engaging product demonstrations, and clearly explaining service features to meet each customer’s unique needs
• Actively contribute to team strategy sessions and skill development training to enhance performance in this role
AT&T Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail or a client-facing role is preferred
• Demonstrates ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse customers
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational
• Time management skills
• Comfortable conducting engaging conversations with customers
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to quickly analyze situations, adapt to unexpected challenges, and make effective decisions under pressure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $54,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
