Position Overview: We are seeking an energetic, self-motivatedAT&T Retail Sales Representativeto drive wireless sales and provide exceptional service inside our partner retail stores acrossSan Diego. This is a full-time, face-to-face sales role with unlimited income potential. You’ll engage shoppers, educate them on the newest devices and promotions, and help them select the best AT&T products for their needs. Key Responsibilities: • Represent theAT&T brandprofessionally inside major retail stores • Approach customers, explain wireless product features, and close sales • Consistently meet or exceedsales goals, commissions, and bonuses • Deliver outstandingcustomer serviceby tailoring recommendations to each individual • Stay current onAT&T devices, wireless plans, and promotions • Accurately track and report sales activities • Work closely with store leadership and sales managers to drive performance Qualifications: • 1-3 years of experience insales,retail,customer service, orwireless salespreferred • Friendly, outgoing, and motivated personality • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Goal-oriented and results-driven • Tech-savvy and excited about mobile and wireless technologies • Able to work weekends and flexible retail hours • Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S. Previous experience with AT&T products or in wireless sales is a plus but not required — full paid training provided!
