As an AT&T Sales Associate, the role will involve acting as a direct point of contact with business owners to ensure seamless communication on products and services available to them. The AT&T Sales Associate will be responsible for tending to the needs of all customer inquiries and proactively looking for solutions before issues arise. Core Responsibilities for our AT&T Sales Associate:
β’ Inform & educate consumers through direct engagements about AT&T services and any eligible programs
β’ Pitch and close sales on AT&T business services designed to boost connectivity and efficiency for local businesses.
β’ Utilize negotiation skills taught by senior AT&T Sales Assistants to handle all questions, comments, and concerns from the customer
β’ Build rapport with existing and new clientele to increase customer retention
β’ Utilize sales techniques to effectively present service plans
β’ Track and record with the AT&T Sales Trainee team customer account information, territory research, and market trends to provide a better understanding and overall experience to the customers
β’ Work with the AT&T Sales Trainee team to guarantee a streamlined process in the product rollout and ensure customer satisfaction
β’ Represent AT&T with professionalism and enthusiasm while satisfying and exceeding sales goals
Qualifications for the AT&T Sales Associate
β’ Experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is preferred
β’ Effective communication skills in a team and one-on-one environment
β’ A future-focused mindset with the desire to grow within the company
β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
Additional Information:
β’ This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity.
β’ The role involves representing AT&T in a business-to-business sales capacity, working directly with local businesses.
β’ Team members are required to attend daily in-office meetings before heading to their assigned sales territories (all within a 20β30 mile radius of our Redmond office).
β’ The standard work schedule is Monday through Saturday.
β’ Benefits are available to eligible employees.
β’ A comprehensive, two-week hands-on training program is provided.
β’ After training, compensation is performance-based.
β’ Associates earn a minimum of $70 per new business customer enrolled.
β’ On average, AT&T Sales Associates earn approximately $700 per week in commissions.
