In our AT&T Sales Associate, we will not only learn how to successfully operate our clients’ brand development strategies but also maintain and organize a team of individuals within our company. Our AT&T Sales Associate demonstrate interpersonal skills when reaching our customers, successfully presenting the products and services offered, interpreting customer feedback, and thriving under pressure. We are on the hunt for an AT&T Sales Associate who encourages other team members to excel, who can take our sales margins to the next level, and who will help contribute to our innovative business ideas. AT&T Sales AssociateResponsibilities: β€’ Effectively qualify members of the for product and service eligibility β€’ Support customers through the enrollment process β€’ Attend daily meetings at our office to stay up-to-date on benefits and promotions currently available β€’ Communicate with members of the community in both small and large group settings β€’ Complete and submit all forms/contracts for each new customer that is enrolled β€’ Accurately track and report back all new contracts to upper-management β€’ Receive extensive knowledge from our Senior Sales Managers to learn how to lead a team that will take on new approaches to campaigns, and that will develop the company's expansion β€’ Demonstrating leadership ability by working closely with our top Managers to oversee a team of individuals and closely working with our sales team and ensuring all customer's needs are met AT&T Sales Associate Qualifications: β€’ 1-2 years in leadership, assistant manager, sales, or team lead role β€’ High school diploma or GED is a must β€’ Impeccable communication skills when interacting with team members, clients, and superior staff β€’ Thrive under pressure and in an independent working environment β€’ Excellent organization skills that will allow you to manage a small team and different customer accounts at once β€’ Proven track record of being dependable and reliable β€’ Superior public speaking abilities and confidence when speaking with small or large groups Job Type: Full-time Pay: $800.00 - $1,350.00 per week Work Location: In person
