As a AT&T Sales Associate, you will play a key role in building and nurturing client relationships. Your focus will be on supporting accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and facilitating ongoing success by coordinating outreach campaigns and providing critical updates. In this AT&T Sales Associate role, you will:
• Collaborate with customers directly to understand their goals and provide tailored support to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Assist in the development of account management and customer retention strategies, tracking key performance metrics and identifying areas for growth.
• Communicate effectively with both clients and customers, handling inquiries and providing timely resolutions to enhance client satisfaction.
• Act as the main point of contact for new customer accounts, handling inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing timely solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
AT&T Sales Associate Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, client relations, customer service, or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building client trust and rapport.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts or projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, client-centric environment and able to adapt to evolving client needs.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,600.00 - $4,800.00 per month
