Job Description
As a AT&T Sales Associate, you will be the go-to person for customers seeking the latest in AT&T’s wireless, technology, entertainment, and home improvement products and services for our customer base inChicago, IL.The primary responsibility is to assist customers in finding the right devices, plans, and accessories to meet their needs.
You will be the face of AT&T’s brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. Your primary goal will be to ensure every customer leaves with a positive impression of the brand, thereby fostering customer loyalty and repeat business. This role involves providing excellent customer service, staying up-to-date on the latest products, and contributing to the overall success of AT&T’s products.
AT&T Sales Associate Responsibilities:
• Showcase effective customer engagement with our clientele and customer base, initiating conversations to build rapport and understand their needs.
• Create a welcoming and friendly environment to attract and retain new and existing customers
• Provide detailed and accurate product information, explaining features, benefits, and uses
• Answer specific product questions and address concerns to build trust and confidence in the products/service
• Process transactions accurately
• Keep the promotional retail area clean and organized
• Work with team members to meet sales goals
• Stay updated on product information and promotions
• Attend training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills
• Collect and report customer feedback
• Create a welcoming and friendly environment to attract and retain new and existing customers
AT&T Sales Associate Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have reliable transportation - this is an on-site position in Chicago, Il.
• Must be Solution-Oriented
• Must be coachable
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Must have a great work ethic
• Excellent verbal communication skills
