Position Overview: As an AT&T Sales Associate, you will be at the forefront of our client’s expansion efforts. Your primary focus will be building lasting customer relationships, presenting AT&T’s suite of wireless and home service offerings, and contributing to account growth through hands-on sales efforts. You will work in a collaborative environment where strategic thinking, initiative, and a customer-first mindset are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent AT&T with professionalism and product expertise during all direct customer interactions
• Deliver tailored sales presentations based on individual customer needs and preferences
• Identify new customer accounts through proactive outreach and client engagement
• Manage the end-to-end sales process including product recommendations, plan activation, and contract documentation
• Maintain strong knowledge of AT&T's products, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies
• Resolve customer concerns with efficiency and professionalism to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
• Track and manage your sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding performance benchmarks
• Collaborate with fellow team members and leadership to improve strategy and share insights
• Stay informed on emerging trends in telecom and adjust approach to meet evolving consumer demand
What We’re Looking For:
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or account coordination (telecom or tech industry experience a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
• A motivated self-starter with a proven ability to meet sales goals and thrive in a performance-driven environment
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex offerings in a simplified manner
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
• High emotional intelligence and leadership potential—ideal for candidates seeking career growth

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
