You are ready for your Transformation, if you have :

• 1,5 years of experience within an Audit Team and high level knowledge of FRED system
• Proven work experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor or Delivery Expert
• Advanced level of written (and spoken) English, preferably also other modern business languages
• FRED system knowledge
• Excellent business correspondence skills
• JIRA knowledge
• MS Office proficiency
• Strong leadership skills and team work capabilities
• High level of proactive thinking and analytical skills
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Decision-making skills
• Ability to build, motivate and develop individuals and teams

Transform yourself and take responsibility for :

• Manage the team and workload on a daily basis
• Organize and ensure back-ups preparation within an account
• Divide tasks and responsibilities within an account
• Ensure the proper team resources usage and in full volume
• Ensure fulfillment of all daily checks and task within the fixed deadlines
• Take responsibility for all work and quality of the results
• Perform trend analysis and initiate optimization and efficiency within an account
• Ensure organization of internal/external report creation
• Evaluate show stoppers and potential risks during accepting new scope in team
• Maintain effective communication and close relationship with internal departments and clients
• Take active part in recruiting process, promotion and rotation in collaboration with HR Team.
