Job Description
Key activities & accountabilities
- Establish awareness and use of the product in target accounts
- Develop Account Business plansĀ
- Involvement in commercial strategy and tactics
- Establish strong business relationships with stakeholder
- Knowledge ofĀ the local health economy guidance
- Company representation at national and international congresses
- Responsibility for continued education and product knowledge
- To utilize SFE tools (e.g. CRM, sales dashboards, SESM, etc.) to drive efficacy and effectiveness of the activities in the territory
- Work within the constraints of any local country Code of Practice and Company Policies and Procedures
Additional activities
- On request, the Key Account Manager (Austria) supports the QA of Santen GmbH with regards to the legal requirements for pharmaceutical wholesalers in Austria
- As certified auditor, the Key Account Manager (Austria) carries out the internal audit of Santen GmbH's QA after being commissioned by Santen GmbH
Qualifications
Education
- Having a degree of "Pharmareferent"
Experience & competencies
- 3-5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, ideally in the field of Ophthalmology
- Results oriented and self-motivated
- Strong analytical thinking
- Effective and strong communicator
- Excellent customer liaison skills
- Hands-on mentality with problem solving skills
- Languages: very good written and spoken German, English minimum mid-level
