About the team: 

Provide technical expertise and guidance to the protection department and leadership by reviewing and completing damage repair estimates. Ensures file handling meets or exceeds all company guidelines and state requirements. The Auto Estimatics specialist will work closely with the claims team and will provide analysis, training, and program reviews of our estimating providers.

What you will do: 

• Review & complete repair estimates and work with vendors to improve the accuracy of estimating, utilizing the most cost-effective repair techniques
• Review reporting and measurement methods to measure and monitor vendor performance, including audits, relaying any performance issues to your direct manager
• Influence long-term roadmap planning by gathering data from our operational partners and translating it into detailed requirements. 
• Run monthly reporting on results by the program to be shared with your team
• Collaborate on special projects, change initiatives, or other activities

Your profile: 

• Progressive experience of at least 5+ years relevant experience, navigating complex or matrixed environments.
• Experience with support solutions and processes in an auto claims environment
• Auto estimate software experience required (CCC, Mitchell, Audatex)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• I-Car certification preferred
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

The PHX base salary target range for this full-time position is $56,000-$68,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in this location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
